PR by 57s!! I was stuck at 7min36s for months and months. My goal was sub-6, so that didn't work out, but I'll take the PR.
3wks of main site + powerlifting. 2wks of 2-3L milk per day. 10lbs of bodyweight with deffo chub around the belly.
--> solid PR yesterday and today.
I think it's working real well!
