Tried to get situps to turn over faster... didn't work so well. A work in progress. Lunges -- I need to focus on glutes and hams more than quads (quads burn fast)

I tried to do shoulder presses after, and had planned to do front squats, but I'm feeling a little overtrained -- tired, sleepy during day, need more sleep at night etc. Also, shoulders are killing me (couldn't do pullups during warmup today because of pain....). So I stopped. Tomorrow will be a true rest day and we'll see.
