WOD @ 1400 after returning from WPG:

19:35. Very happy with this. Endurance is improving! Took it out nice and easy, breathed.

AFter, did pullups, pushups, situps, HSPUs, pistols in condo gym. Being influenced by marathon man and Mikko Salo... Will be adding this stuff when I can throughout the day.
