1. Fran (warm-up). 3min49s. !wow! Felt pretty good first round no break, 2nd round needed break after 10 thrusters, but I did 15 pullups all in a row. 3 round was unbroken. I did rest between exercises to catch breath. I think that's where I want the rests to be. There should be no breaks during each exercise, ideally. Great warmup. Pretty pleased.
2. GI Jane. 20min12s. I tried it on the regular bars, but couldn't jump high enough after rep 4... put a 12"box on the ground and did burpee to step up to jumping pullup. Pretty tiring! Very sweaty.
