Day #106 main site programming. AM weight 187.4lbs.

0730: run 2 miles on 3% incline in ~20min, 3 rounds 5pullups 5 HSPUs (did extras), 100 situps anchored.

1200:
-- rope climb x 10 with breaks. Very good practice. Alternated R leg and L leg holds. Key is a strong foot hold and stretch body out to decrease number of re-grippings. Felt good.
-- snatch for technique worked up to 195lbs for doubles and 205 for 2 singles. Several failed reps once I got to 195lbs, again, but I think I figured it out. After 3 failures, I gave myself the cue to 'look up' and banged out a double. Looking up in the catch position helps to place the bar further back, 'in the slot.' For the 205lbs, I got the first, but then missed a few (maybe 3) before completing another (the best) rep. I got too focused on the catch and cut the pull, so they were lost forward. Another cue to try, which I think I used when I got my PR on x-mas eve, is to think 'reach,' as in up. So, pull high, look up and reach. Will try again this weekend.

1800: ran 3.2km to Madeline's for SJ staff meeting dinner. ONly stopped twice (shoe tie and traffic light).

2200: ran 3.2km from Madeline's back home. Only stopped once (shoe tie). Felt good!
