1. run. 1 mile at 3% incline in 10min, then 4 sets of 0.25mi at 3% incline at 7.0, 7.5, 8.0. Diminishing returns from regular running/rowing. Will start CF endurance WODs tomorrow, instead. Not crazy intensity, though.
2. Mary (modified with 5 close-grip pullups instead of pullups). 6 rounds. Felt good. HSPUs calmed down today and were pretty good. Pistols feeling good!

1. Elizabeth (warmup). 9min58s. Wow. The full cleans were tough. My back and legs are tired/sore from the past couple of days. Wow.
2. Worked on muscle-ups and rope climbs. MUs still need work on that second pulls. Rope climbs need a more consistent foothold. The L leg is great, the R not so much.
