0730: row 2000m in 7:34; 3 rounds HSPU (7-7-7) and pistols (10-10-10); 2 sets of 20 pushups.

--> 50 wall balls (20lbs 10')
--> 25 pullups

29min28s (or something like that). Did not kill myself with this today. My shoulders were what gave out on wall balls -- I had to adjust elbow position significantly to avoid pain and the shoulders fatigued easily. Kept a good pace, never went to failure on wall balls. Pullups also yanked the shoulders and biceps (which haven't yet recovered from Barbara a few days ago). Not the best WOD for shoulder probs, but ibuprofen is working quite well.

Need to make sure I do not lose focus on what I want to get out of these WODs -- I want to find technique and pacing and efficiency. I lost sight of that a little bit today. Some lessons, though: try to flick the wrists -- and use a ball next time to avoid squatting too low! Pullups need to find a groove...
