0730: row 2000m. 7:38. Felt OK. Again, this is not to gas self. Did some situps, pullups and pushups.
1730: Mary. 7 rounds +HSPUs+4pistols. Felt pretty good. The pullups felt good (butterfly), the HSPUs felt good (did them straight, I think...), pistols need some work (balance issues). PR by 3 rounds. Much room for improvement.
