1000:
1. run 1 mile at 3% incline in 10min, then 4 x 0.25mi run at 3% incline at 8.5x3, then 9.0x1 with rest as required between rounds. I rested til I felt HR come down. Did not time it. Felt good. Should continue with intervals.
2. tried pistols, but legs, abs and lower back are fried from past few days. Did some HSPUs and some stretching.
Main site rest day. Working delta at SJ.
