0730: 2000m row in 7:38. Legs feeling a bit tired after yesterday's multiple runs. Felt slightly gassed. 3 rounds of 25 anchored situps, 7/6/5 pullups, 8/6/5 HSPUs.
1830: Modified Angie (strict pullups, ring dips, toes-to-bar, OHS 45lbs). 43min23s or something like that. Lost out to Mat and Aaron. Aaron beat me on the pullups (finished 10-15 reps ahead) and toes to bar (finished 15-20 reps ahead). Mat beat me on toes-to-bar (finished 8-10 reps ahead). I finished ring dips WAY ahead of Mat, but his toes-to-bar did me in. Did not want to kill myself given the volume of training I'm doing, so never reached failure, just tried to keep comfortable. Perhaps rested too much, but that's OK. I'll slowly get my conditioning back...
