Day #120 main site programming. AM weight 185.0lbs.

0700:
1. run 2miles at 3% incline in blocks of 1.4miles, 0.3 miles, 0.3 miles. Finished in just under 20min. Had to stop a couple of times... mentally tough.
2. JT in ~17min! Felt pretty good. Don't quite remember how I partitioned, but the aim is still to get 7-7-7, 5-5-5, 3-3-3 for HSPUs. Keep at it! Felt good:)

1830:
1. Isabel. 5min35s. Thought about abandoning this at rep 5, but buckled down and reminded myself that this is just a warm-up. I had thoughts of sub-5min dancing in my head prior to starting, but that is not the goal. The goal is to push the sub-maximal. I still could have gone under 5 minutes, but using that extra energy to get it wasn't worth it. I can do that when this comes up in the schedule. This was a warmup, so I made it comfortable. Still need work on the technique -- when I fatigue, I really thrust hips to far forward instead of up. Legs were a bit tired, but OK in the end.
2. Lynne. I weigh 185lbs today, but I used 200lbs for bench press, and I did chest-to-bar pullups. Rested a lot between sets, alternating with Aaron
Bench press: 10/10/8(f)/5/6 --> only failed on 8th rep of 3rd set. Felt pretty good for the most part. Gotta remember to keep up the pace and just keep firing. Breathe into the belly, calm down.
CTB pullups: 23/23/17/20(last 4 were not butterfly)/13. First 2-3 sets felt great. Haven't felt that pop in a while. Big kips. Lost my rhythm thereafter. Hand ripped, started rushing a bit, a tad worried about my shoulder...
Overall, quite pleased. Very distracting WOD with all the rests and chatter in between. Gotta focus on staying relaxed and free.
