1. 2000m row. 7min34s. Felt OK. Again, I don't really "feel the water" -- the power is too much at the beginning of the stroke. I'm not pulling all the way through. Very difficult to exert force through the entire pull like Dan C does it. Gotta keep working on it... Had to keep stroke rate at about 25 today...
2. Nate in condo gym (3close-grip pullups/3dips per muscle-up). 5 rounds in a little over 20min. Good morning WOD.

1. Grace (warmup). 4min35s. Definitely coulda beat my PR (4min31s) today, but that's not the point. I kept up a comfortable pace. Hit the half-way point at just over 1min30s. Was really quick on the catch today, which helped a lot. Need to stay more vertical in the torso at the bottom of the squat -- it'll help the thruster by directing forces upward. Also makes the catch a lot easier.
2. Rx: 3rounds for time
--> 100m walking on hands
--> 2min handstand hold on wall
--> 15 HSPUs.
We scaled to wall-walking with a time limit of 5min, and kept the rest the same. COuld not get a handle on the wall-walking. I think I did 19/14/10 or something like that, hitting the 5min limit each time, of course. Can't shift weight very well on hands... gotta keep it narrow, and lean to the supporting side. Something to work on. Handstand holds were pretty good. After round 1, I found a good alignment and just rested on my joints, keeping relaxed. HSPUs were OK. Pretty tiring after holds. Finished in 42min10s.
