Day #129 main site programming. AM weight 187.0lbs.

0730:
1. row 2000m. 7min42s. ! Yesterday's WOD has had a lasting effect. Legs, abs... juiceless. Used the row as more of a lactate flush today. I noticed the residual effects after the first 500m and just tried to get the blood moving. Holy crap.
2. JT. ~22min30s on wall clock. Again, HSPUs were a bit lacking as they have been this week. I've moved too far away from focusing on core and breath. Gotta try to maintain that focus. It helps. The dips and pushups were OK. Good tip from Louie Simmons on bench applied to pushups. Also, breathing in while pushing away helped a lot on dips and pushups this am. Experiment.

1830:
1. Fran (warm up). 3min45s. Felt pretty good. Rested in second round at 10 thrusters and 10 pullups. A few breaths during transitions. The 5 final reps of each exercise in round 2 felt really easy after a breather. Should try to learn to rest within the movement so that I don't have to let go of the bar -- that would save a lot of time. Not too gassed after.
2. 3 rounds for time
--> 50DUs
--> 50 back extensions.
7min44s. New rope is sweet. Back extension technique isn't great. Something to work on.
3. Did a few MUs. Really need to think of this movement as a snatch or a clean -- need to be explosive and aggressive. Without that, it's no-go.
