0730: run 2miles in ~20min on 3% incline. Very mental... Wanted to quit several times, but not because of physical fatigue. Focus on making it light and easy. Consider a towel to cover the splits. Added 3 rounds HSPUs (7-7-3-3) and pistols (10-10-10), some close-grip benches.
1830: worked on muscle-ups, especially the pulling at the top as Mat and Aaron pointed out. MUs are a 3-step movement -- kip, pull in, dip. Previously, I was making it a 2-step movement -- kip, dip. This is a problem when the kip fatigues. Also worked on rope climbs -- the key is the foot hold. That is coming together. Also need to work on the descent, as that burns me more than anything.
