Interesting splits... This was first time in a long time I've done butterflys for any significant # of reps. The ibuprofen I started taking 4d ago is really helping with my shoulder pain. Felt pretty good. Again, did not go til failure -- trying to keep steady, trying to gain information. Situps were anchored -- still need work as abs get really tired with AbMat. Squats were with a ball and felt amazing -- start squatting with a ball. Keep working pushups daily to build up pushup endurance.
