Day # 96 main site programming. (lost am weight log).

WOD @ 1100:

3 rounds
5 rope ascents
21 ring dips
50 squats

35minutes-ish. And I could not complete my last round of rope ascents. I subbed the whole round, unable to get a good leg-hold. Something to work on, definitely. Warmups?
