Day #104 main site programming. AM weight 188.4lbs.

7:30am: run 2 miles (3200km) in 20min on 3% incline. Unable to maintain 6.5 speed for more than 10min. Had to break once.

12:30pm: 2x 500m row (1:41 and 1:50... did not want to tax myself... maintained 1:32 pace for first 250 and felt OK); 3 rounds of 5 pistols, 5HSPUs, 5 dips, 5 pushups, 5 pullups.

1830: snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1-1. Because I did this already about 1 week ago, I decided to work on technique and do doubles and triples. I did 185lbs for doubles, then kept failing at 195. I felt strong, but I was working on the Chinese technique and kept losing the bar forward. Many misses with 2 makes. the problem was not strength -- I kept pulling the bar really high, but I don't have a good feel for how high it is. I kept dropping too low under the bar, which gave the bar too much downward force. I should've just caught it at its highest point... but the timing and positioning problem was uncovered. I will have to keep working on it. It's a technique thing. Could've definitely done more, given how I was pulling that bar... In the end, I did a lot of reps with 155lbs, followed by OHS. Still had a problem with the bar too forward.
