1. Run 1 mile at 3% incline in 10min, then 1min off, 1min on at "9" setting for 10min. Feels good to run fast:) Needed the rest. Changing it up a bit.
2. Mary modified (5 CG pullups instead of 15MUs). 5 rounds, I think. Felt fine.
1830:
1. Elizabeth (warm-up). 8min50s. over a minute faster than a couple of days ago, but still surprisingly tough. Obviously, it's a warm-up, so I rested a lot, but I'm surprised how much I need to rest! The cleans are fatiguing.
2. 3 rounds for time:
--> 10 clean and jerk (135lbs)
--> 30 GHD situps
21min42s. I did this with 225lbs in round 1, 205lbs in round 2, 185lbs in round 3. Felt pretty good. The (split) jerk is strong, the clean felt good. I stood up pretty well. Pretty pleased with this.
