1. Run 2 miles at 3% incline in 19min58s. Very tough mentally. I stuck with it and did not stop, but it was tough. Mind gets tired/bored...
2. JT. about 20min30s. After the handstand stuff yesterday, HSPUs were tougher today, which affected the time. Dips and pushups were improved, though. Keep trying to find that groove, that efficient technique, the mechanics. Pretty happy given all the HSPUs this week. Sweet.
1830:
1. Isabel (warmup). 5min14s. Just slightly off PR, at pretty comfortable pace. Of course, could have pushed it but did not, as that's not the point. Don't want to overdo.
2. REST DAY. Muscle-ups and rope climbs and pistols. Muscle-ups did not feel as good today -- started to revert to old ways, with poor 2nd phase (pull) and relying a little too much on the initial kip. FOCUS. Rope climbs were good -- had good foot holds today. Pistols were awesome.
