0730: 5km row. Finished in 19:38. Saved too much for the end, and finishing kick started too late (with 250m left...). Followed it up with broken 100 anchored situps, 3 rounds of 5 HSPUs and 5 strict pullups, 100 broken pushups, and some pistols.
